Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design processes from initiation through execution. Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, contractors, and internal teams. Ensure designs comply with relevant standards and regulations. Monitor design progress, timelines, and deliverables. Review technical drawings and documentation. Optimize design solutions for scalability and performance. Manage stakeholder interfaces to align requirements. Identify risks early and support practical resolutions. Contribute to quality-focused and efficient project delivery.
Qualifications
Degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in design or engineering roles, preferably within construction, engineering, or data center projects. Solid understanding of multidisciplinary design, including architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. Familiarity with standards such as ASHRAE, EN50600, Uptime Institute, and TIA. Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM platforms. Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Experience managing multiple priorities and working within international or fast-paced environments. Background in mission-critical or complex projects is advantageous.
