Responsibilities
Design safety solutions that comply with customer and regulatory requirements; produce clear technical specifications; develop and supervise testing procedures; identify and improve production and assembly processes; conduct inspections and specify remedial actions; manage relationships with service providers; drive continuous improvements; develop and follow project plans; analyze product and performance data; communicate project plans and motivate team members; ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental policies; implement quality assurance and business improvements; maintain understanding of regulatory and company standards; and foster an inclusive, safety-focused team environment.
Qualifications
University degree in engineering or equivalent further education combined with specific apprentice or graduate development programs; 2-5 years relevant engineering experience; ability to handle most engineering tasks and provide guidance without formal managerial experience; ongoing professional development and knowledge of external regulations and industry best practices.
