Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft cloud and security projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Defender, Sentinel, Purview, and Entra ID. Collaborate with clients and teams throughout project stages, maintain technical documentation, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and support security initiatives by refining policies and configurations. Provide internal technical guidance and ensure solutions meet client expectations for long-term stability and security. Maintain accurate project tracking and foster strong client relationships.
Qualifications
3-5 years of hands-on experience managing and delivering Microsoft-focused IT infrastructure projects, preferably in consulting or managed services. Proficient with Microsoft security and compliance technologies such as Intune, Defender, Sentinel, Purview, and Entra ID security features. Knowledgeable in Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, endpoint management, and related infrastructure technologies. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills in English, with a customer-oriented approach. Experience working with distributed teams and familiarity with PSA or RMM tools is advantageous. Relevant Microsoft or industry certifications are preferred but not required. Availability to work full-time with a professional home office setup is necessary.
