Responsibilities
Lead all engineering activities related to project delivery, maintaining strong technical client relationships, managing detailed engineering planning and execution, coordinating engineering center of excellence efforts to meet budgeted hours, overseeing progress and spending reviews, resolving deviations from plans, driving on-time project delivery, and approving necessary manpower and scope changes.
Qualifications
Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or a science-related field. Proven experience in project engineering, system engineering, or project engineering management at product or system level. Ability to lead multidisciplinary, geographically distributed teams, analyze and solve problems, document and execute programs, and manage projects effectively. Willingness and ability to travel internationally for project assignments.
