We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Project Lead to manage large-scale infrastructure and industrial construction projects across the Nordic region. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle of new asphalt production plants and major investment projects, focusing on delivering high-quality, safe, and sustainable solutions on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
Lead the planning, construction, and commissioning of asphalt production plants and major upgrades. Develop business cases and feasibility studies, manage project budgets, schedules, and risks. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and authorities to ensure compliance with environmental, permitting, health, and safety requirements. Drive technical solutions to enhance operational efficiency and oversee project handover to operations.
Qualifications
A university degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience managing large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects with strong project management skills including budgeting, risk, and stakeholder management. Familiarity with industrial production processes and environmental regulatory requirements. Excellent English communication skills; knowledge of a Nordic language is an advantage. Able to travel regularly and work closely with multidisciplinary teams.
