Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize art team tasks through pipelines, backlogs, and sprints. Develop and oversee project plans, roadmaps, and deadlines. Allocate resources based on capacity and skills, customize Jira workflows, and analyze large data sets to identify efficiencies and risks. Create clear reporting and visual dashboards to track performance. Facilitate communication between artists and cross-functional partners including producers and developers. Ensure art asset quality aligns with standards. Organize team meetings and maintain comprehensive project documentation using tools like Jira, Trello, or Notion. Continuously improve workflows and project tracking based on analytical findings and team needs.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, ideally within creative or art teams. Strong analytical skills with experience handling large datasets and data visualization tools such as Grafana or Tableau. Advanced Jira skills including workflow customization and automation. Solid understanding of 2D art pipelines and creative workflows. Proficient in Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban. Excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational abilities. Fluent in Russian and intermediate English required. Experience in gaming, animation, or digital production and managing multiple projects is advantageous. Basic art discipline knowledge is a plus.
