Seeking an experienced Project Manager based in Romania to lead construction management for large-scale renewable energy projects. The role involves overseeing project execution, coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing schedules and budgets, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with contractual and company standards in a dynamic international environment.

Responsibilities
Lead the project as the owner's representative, coordinating various stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, engineers, legal and financial teams, and authorities to ensure successful project delivery. Oversee the construction phase ensuring alignment with organizational goals and contractual commitments. Maintain and monitor project schedules, budgets, and cash flow, identifying and implementing improvements. Analyze key milestones and risks, developing and executing mitigation plans proactively.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of construction project management experience, preferably 15 years. Bachelor’s degree in electrical, civil, mechanical engineering, or related field. Fluent in Romanian and English. Proven experience in renewable energy projects and working in Owner/Developer roles is highly desired. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Excellent communication, organizational, self-management, problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
