Responsibilities
The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to meet project timelines and quality standards. Responsibilities include reviewing design compliance, supporting engineering teams through on-site technical activities, producing BMS software and graphics independently after training, configuring BMS systems including network setup, integrating other systems via standard protocols, and participating in testing and commissioning processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in automation or electrical engineering, or possess equivalent vocational certifications. Prior hands-on experience with Building Management Systems in large-scale B2B projects is essential. Strong understanding of system architecture and technical documentation, HVAC applications, multiple project management, and excellent communication skills are required. Experience in pharmaceutical or data center environments is advantageous.
