This role involves leading quality assurance and control efforts on a major data center construction project. The manager will implement and oversee the project quality management system, ensuring compliance and delivering audit-ready results while coordinating a multidisciplinary QAQC team and liaising with multiple project stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Lead the development and enforcement of the Project Quality Management Plan. Manage and support the QAQC team, setting objectives and coordinating with construction disciplines. Ensure adherence to project specifications and standards through inspections, testing, and verification. Oversee construction completion processes, ensuring readiness for commissioning and accurate documentation. Maintain comprehensive quality records and provide ongoing quality reporting to project leadership and clients. Serve as the primary QAQC contact for clients, consultants, and inspectors, supporting audits and regulatory inspections.
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields. Over 10 years of QAQC experience on large construction projects, with proven leadership in quality management roles, preferably in data center or industrial sectors. Strong knowledge of commissioning and mechanical-electrical-plumbing (MEP) quality requirements and ISO 9001 systems. Excellent leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills. Fluent English required; additional language skills are a plus.
