Seeking an experienced QA/QC Supervisor to oversee quality assurance and control for civil, structural, and architectural works on a large-scale data center construction project in Norway. Responsibilities
Supervise daily QA/QC activities for civil, structural, and architectural works on site. Coordinate inspections, testing, and quality documentation, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and approved procedures. Monitor subcontractor quality performance and manage non-conformance issues through reporting and corrective actions. Collaborate with construction, engineering, HSE, commissioning, and project teams, supporting audits and promoting a proactive quality culture.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience on large construction projects with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of quality management systems, construction inspection processes, and documentation. Experience in civil, structural, and architectural works, preferably in data center or mission-critical environments. Good communication and leadership abilities, and proficiency with QA/QC reporting tools and Microsoft Office.
