Responsibilities
Regularly produce engaging blog posts aligned with the content schedule; collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize and refresh SEO and feature pages, including keyword research and on-page optimization; proactively identify and write true, respectful user stories by engaging with users; work closely with product and marketing teams to synchronize content with product updates and launches; write clear, readable release notes for every update; manage the content calendar to track upcoming and delayed content; maintain consistent tone and voice across all content channels.
Qualifications
Proven exceptional written English skills with a portfolio demonstrating experience in consumer product writing, including blogs, landing pages, and product copy; hands-on SEO experience using tools like Search Console, Ahrefs, or Semrush, capable of creating content that ranks and attracts traffic; strong interviewing skills to craft compelling user stories; ability to meet publishing deadlines reliably; experience integrating AI tools in the writing process without losing authentic voice; self-driven with the ability to generate ideas and complete writing independently. Bonus qualifications include writing about technology, relationships, or wellbeing, understanding content citation in AI answers, experience publishing in CMS platforms, and writing product updates or release notes that engage users effectively.
