Responsibilities
Provide exceptional make-up and beauty consultations tailored to customer needs. Achieve individual sales targets. Maintain the counter's appearance and stock levels following brand guidelines. Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management. Participate in store events and ensure high standards of customer service including cashiering tasks.
Qualifications
Relevant qualification or proven experience in make-up artistry, preferably with prior retail cosmetics experience. Make-up or beauty certificates are advantageous. Proficiency in a Scandinavian language (Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish) and English, both spoken and written. Ability to work flexible retail hours including nights, weekends, and events. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a creative and proactive approach.
