Responsibilities
Lead the execution of riser project and service deliveries across Europe, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable outcomes. Develop and implement the regional riser business strategy. Manage contracts, customer relationships, and coordinate engineering and service teams. Drive business performance including revenue, margin, and costs. Identify and develop new service opportunities such as condition-based maintenance. Promote operational excellence, quality standards, and a strong safety culture.
Qualifications
Experience in offshore drilling, subsea operations, marine environments, or related service areas with a focus on riser systems. Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in project and operational delivery. Proven skills in managing contracts, financial performance, and stakeholders. Strong customer management skills and ability to work in complex service environments. Willingness and ability to travel internationally. Prior experience with lifecycle management or aftermarket services for riser systems is advantageous.
