Responsibilities
Contact potential customers via outbound calls and follow up on leads. Communicate effectively to understand customer needs and identify opportunities to promote products or services. Stay updated on product information and maintain records of customer interactions. Collaborate within a supportive team while working remotely, utilizing company-provided equipment.
Qualifications
Fluent Dutch (C1) and proficient English (B2) communication skills. Previous experience in outbound sales or call center roles is preferred but not mandatory. Sales-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and information gathering abilities. Familiarity with booking systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is advantageous. Comfortable working in a contact center environment and proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook applications.
