Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and platform automation tools. Create and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems utilizing REST and SOAP APIs. Develop complex declarative workflows and process automations, balancing programmatic and declarative approaches. Collaborate with cross-functional teams through code reviews, testing, and quality assurance practices. Manage change and deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines and version control systems. Maintain thorough technical documentation and provide support and mentorship to junior team members.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration with a strong focus on Salesforce Service Cloud. Expert proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, SOQL, and SOSL. Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experienced in integrating Salesforce via REST and SOAP APIs and knowledgeable about Salesforce security models. Skilled in unit testing, debugging, automated testing frameworks, and developer tools including Salesforce CLI and GitHub. Certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer, or System/Application Architect are advantageous.
