Responsibilities
You will be responsible for creating and supporting integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP, and other systems using tools such as SAP Integration Suite and SAP Business Integration Builder. Your duties include gathering requirements, designing solutions, participating in testing and deployment, resolving integration issues, collaborating with consultants and architects, and providing technical guidance and documentation.
Qualifications
Candidates should have over 5 years of experience specifically with SAP SuccessFactors integrations, strong hands-on skills using SAP Integration Suite / CPI and SAP Business Integration Builder, and a solid understanding of integration design, mapping, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Strong communication skills and fluency in English are essential. Experience with ECP technical setup is advantageous but not required.
