Responsibilities
Conduct regular code reviews to detect vulnerabilities before deployment. Manage and prioritize security issues across the technology stack. Coordinate with external auditors and penetration testers and implement their recommendations. Maintain the company's risk register and support compliance audits. Communicate security updates, run training and phishing simulations to enhance security awareness. Monitor security alerts and manage IT access and device security. Keep track of AI-specific security threats and incidents related to generative AI technologies.
Qualifications
Experience in application security including code reviews and vulnerability management. Proven skills coordinating security audits and penetration tests. Comfortable with coding and version control systems such as Git/GitHub. Scripting and automation capabilities. Interest or experience in AI security concepts like prompt injection and adversarial testing is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English, strong ownership mentality, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working with products involving uncensored content.
