Responsibilities
Lead operational security activities including vulnerability management and incident response. Ensure compliance with the Cyber Resilience Act and relevant security standards such as ISO 27001. Establish and continuously improve security processes. Collaborate with development teams, architects, DevOps, and key stakeholders. Oversee security requirements, architecture reviews, security testing, and documentation. Support customer communications related to security. Promote security awareness and competence through coaching and training initiatives.
Qualifications
Experience in cybersecurity for software products including secure development practices, security testing, encryption, authentication, and secure communications. Familiarity with vulnerability and incident management as well as risk assessments. Knowledge of security standards and frameworks like ISO 27001 and the Cyber Resilience Act. Strong integrity, passion for security, ability to translate security requirements into practical solutions, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to influence and engage across disciplines.
