Seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable and Revenue Operations Specialist to take full ownership of the revenue cycle for a fast-growing construction business. This remote role involves managing invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and financial reporting while improving operational processes and systems to enhance project-level financial visibility.

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end revenue operations including invoicing, progress billing, receivables tracking, discrepancy resolution, and collections. Ensure invoice accuracy by verifying against contracts and project documentation. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders such as clients, insurers, and subcontractors to resolve billing issues and maintain healthy cash flow. Support revenue reporting and project-level financial analysis. Optimize financial systems and introduce process automation. Communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders and contribute to scalable revenue process development.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience within U.S.-based companies, focusing on accounts receivable and revenue operations. Experience in construction, roofing, or project-based job-costed environments. Proficient in QuickBooks Online; familiarity with construction management platforms preferred. Knowledge of insurance billing processes and ability to resolve discrepancies. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills in English. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a remote setting. Experience in process improvement and automation is a plus. Norwegian language skills are not required.
