Job summary

Responsibilities
Lead management and growth of current affiliate partnerships. Recruit and engage new affiliate partners and business collaborators. Track and analyze traffic, conversions, ROI, and campaign performance across affiliates. Optimize affiliate campaigns to enhance profitability and conversion rates. Improve affiliate communication and processes continuously. Monitor affiliate performance changes and respond accordingly. Support the scaling of the affiliate program using data-driven insights. Identify opportunities to boost acquisition efficiency across marketing channels.
Qualifications
At least five years of experience in affiliate marketing or affiliate management roles. Proven ability to manage and grow affiliate partnerships effectively, including identifying and recruiting new affiliates. Familiarity with affiliate tracking and reporting tools. Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, media buying, paid social strategies, SEO, and overall performance marketing. Commercially minded with a focus on results. Proactive and hands-on work style with strong ownership. Able to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments. Comfortable managing advertising for adult or uncensored content. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
