Seeking a Senior AI Agentic Engineer to lead the architecture and development of AI agentic platforms within the financial software sector. Responsibilities
Design and own the architecture of the agentic AI platform, including orchestration, agent design, memory management, error handling, and human-in-the-loop processes. Lead and mentor the internal engineering team while managing external partners during initial phases. Collaborate with operations and commercial teams to translate client needs into AI solutions, ensuring security, regulatory compliance, and production readiness. Work closely with product management and infrastructure teams to ensure scalable, secure deployment and represent the platform in technical and strategic discussions.
Qualifications
8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years building production systems using large language models or agentic AI frameworks. Strong expertise in banking and wealth management domains including regulatory environments. Proven skills with agentic frameworks like LangGraph or LangChain and AWS cloud services. Experience designing evaluation and quality assurance processes for non-deterministic AI outputs. Leadership experience managing engineering teams and collaborating cross-functionally.
