Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of autonomous AI agents and workflow orchestration tools. Rapidly prototype and test new AI-powered automation concepts using modern LLM technologies. Partner with various internal teams to transition from traditional processes to automated, agentic approaches. Define governance and best practices for responsible AI deployment. Provide training and foster an internal community focused on AI automation. Stay current with emerging AI trends and translate innovations into practical business solutions.
Qualifications
Proven experience in AI engineering and intelligent workflow automation using advanced orchestration platforms, preferably n8n. Strong skills in building and scaling PoCs with emerging AI technologies. Familiarity with enterprise digital systems integration (CRM, ERP, SaaS) via APIs. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with experience in agile environments managing projects from concept to adoption. Knowledge of Python and machine learning fundamentals, ethical AI practices, and automation process evaluation is a plus.
