Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of AI strategy projects with industrial clients, guiding them from initial ambition to investment and operationalization. Manage and expand a portfolio of AI mandates, including applications in operations, R&D, supply chain, and workforce reinvention. Act as a trusted advisor to CEOs, COOs, and CTOs, proactively setting the AI agenda. Develop and mentor a specialized team with deep industrial expertise to support client transformation journeys.
Qualifications
Over 10 years of experience leading large-scale AI or enterprise transformations in industrial companies. Proven success in advisory roles engaging senior executives and delivering measurable outcomes. Strong ability to develop solid business cases blending engineering, manufacturing, and new business models. Established executive relationships within the Netherlands or Nordic industrial markets. Master's degree or equivalent. Fluent in English. Based in either the Netherlands or Nordic countries.
