Responsibilities
Lead architecture and technical solutioning modules for AI and digital platforms, design and guide implementation of AI and generative AI solutions including LLM-based applications, translate business requirements into technical designs, facilitate architectural decisions considering scalability, security, and cost, and coordinate smaller technical teams. Conduct prototypes and technical assessments to validate solutions, define engineering practices for production-level AI deployment, and embed security and responsible AI practices into designs.
Qualifications
Approximately four years of relevant experience in software development, AI or data engineering, cloud engineering, or IT consulting with leadership responsibility. Degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, or a related technical field. Hands-on experience with software development, cloud and modern software architecture concepts, AI or machine learning solutions, and designing LLM-based applications. Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, containerization, CI/CD, DevOps, MLOps. Excellent communication skills in English, comfortable working in interdisciplinary and global teams, and willingness to travel.
