Responsibilities
Lead and manage small agile development teams in implementing strategic IT programs. Collaborate with clients to develop and optimize tailored IT architectures, incorporating modern practices such as DevOps and CI/CD. Evaluate clients' digital capabilities and conduct feasibility studies to support digital transformation. Apply expertise in legacy IT systems, enterprise solutions, and current technology trends to deliver sustainable and innovative solutions.
Qualifications
University degree in computer science, informatics, engineering or related disciplines with strong academic performance. At least four years of experience in IT consulting, project management, or professional software development. Proven leadership of project teams with more than three members. Proficiency in implementing modern IT tools and concepts including machine learning, AI, cyber resilience, and agile methods. Comfortable working in interdisciplinary teams and international environments, with fluency in English communication.
