Seeking a Senior AI Technology Consultant to lead and structure advanced digital and AI transformation projects in Oslo. Responsibilities
Lead significant project modules to translate business strategies into actionable IT and AI roadmaps. Identify and prioritize AI opportunities, redesign processes, and support clients in scaling AI applications. Assess technology platforms and architectures to provide clear business recommendations. Design scalable operational models for technology and AI including governance and responsible AI practices. Manage implementation across business, technology, data, and AI teams using agile methods. Build and maintain trusted client relationships, collaborate with technical specialists, and mentor junior consultants.
Qualifications
Approximately four years of relevant experience in IT consulting or digital transformation, including leadership of project modules from strategy through implementation. Degree in computer science, informatics, or a related business field with a technology focus. Proven ability to independently analyze complex client problems and deliver fact-based recommendations and business cases to senior stakeholders. Strong understanding of AI, generative AI, cloud computing, data, software, and digital platforms. Practical experience with AI initiatives encompassing LLM applications, AI agents, and responsible AI concepts. Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work in interdisciplinary, global teams with willingness to travel.
