Job summary
Seeking a Senior AI Technology Consultant to join a consultancy team in Oslo, focusing on leading AI and digital transformation initiatives for international clients. The role combines deep technical expertise with business insight to develop and implement technology strategies, particularly in AI, generative AI, cloud, data, and digital platforms. Responsibilities
Lead substantial project modules in AI and digital transformation, developing technology strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans. Identify and prioritize AI and generative AI opportunities, redesign business processes, and facilitate scalable adoption. Assess technology platforms and capabilities, prepare business cases, and support decision-making with senior client stakeholders. Design scalable operating models and governance for AI initiatives. Manage interdisciplinary project teams, agile workflows, and risk while fostering strong client relationships and coaching junior team members.
Qualifications
Approximately four years of relevant experience in IT consulting or digital transformation with a history of leading project modules in strategy and implementation. Educational background in computer science, informatics, or business with a technology focus. Strong ability to independently analyze complex business problems, develop fact-based recommendations, and communicate clearly to senior stakeholders in English. Practical experience with AI and generative AI technologies, including LLM applications and responsible AI practices. Skilled at connecting technology choices with business value, cost, risk, and organizational readiness. Comfortable working in interdisciplinary and global contexts with willingness to travel.
