Responsibilities
You will lead projects involving IT strategy and technology assessment within M&A contexts, perform technology due diligence, design IT architectures, and apply modern technology approaches such as machine learning and cyber resilience. You will work closely with private equity clients to help them address strategic technology challenges during transactions and portfolio management, using agile methods and innovative solutions.
Qualifications
Candidates should have several years of experience in IT strategy, consulting, software development, or IT project management, preferably with exposure to technology due diligence and M&A environments. A strong understanding of technology financials and their impact on deal value is expected. Candidates must hold a university degree with above-average academic performance in STEM or business management. Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and customer focus are essential.
