Job summary
This role involves consulting on enterprise technology solutions with a focus on ERP, CRM, and SCM systems, particularly advising clients on migration strategies such as transitioning to SAP S/4HANA. The position requires applying AI tools and technical expertise to develop business value–driven technology strategies and execution plans, collaborating closely with local and international teams and clients in Norway. Fluency in English and one Nordic language is necessary to succeed.

Responsibilities
Lead and support clients through strategic ERP/CRM/SCM projects, from requirements analysis to solution design, technical concepts, implementation, testing, and rollout. Design and define specific enterprise solutions aligned with client value chains, introducing best practices to optimize processes and reduce costs. Manage implementation and migration projects, conduct workshops with business stakeholders, prototype customization, and support enterprise project sales through technical expertise. Contribute to thought leadership by participating in conferences, developing training materials, and authoring technical content.
Qualifications
A degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or related field, with at least 3 years of experience in strategic ERP/CRM/SCM projects. Solid understanding of end-to-end enterprise processes, industry-specific solutions, and analytical tools. Proficiency using AI technologies including large language models and generative AI, and ability to apply them effectively. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, client orientation, teamwork, and ability to align stakeholders. Fluency in English and a Nordic language is required.
