An international AI-focused company is seeking a senior-level AI video producer to manage the full production cycle of AI-generated video content. This remote role involves creative and technical leadership in video creation, from initial concept and AI prompting through editing and final delivery, emphasizing high-quality and consistent results using advanced AI tools and workflows.

Responsibilities
Take full ownership of AI video production end-to-end, including concept development, AI prompting, editing, compositing, and final delivery. Lead the creative and technical execution of projects involving AI-generated video, develop and refine advanced prompting workflows, and continuously evaluate new AI video technologies. Edit and polish content to professional standards while maintaining narrative, character, and visual consistency. Independently solve production challenges, iterate through experimentation, share insights with the R&D team, and contribute to optimizing AI-first content pipelines.
Qualifications
Senior-level experience in video production, VFX, or digital art with at least four years of relevant professional background. Demonstrated expertise in AI-driven video production with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality AI-generated work. Advanced skills in AI video generation tools and prompt engineering, proficient use of Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalents, and the ability to independently complete productions without additional specialists. Strong narrative and visual coherence, a mindset oriented toward experimentation and iteration, and fluency in English are required. Experience with ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, 3D or VFX, colour grading, model training, and Photoshop design skills are advantageous. Comfortable working with explicit NSFW content is mandatory.
