Responsibilities
Lead strategic development of machine learning infrastructure and pipelines, including real-time and batch inference systems. Collaborate with Data Science teams to optimize model deployment. Provide technical mentorship to mid-level engineers and conduct thorough code reviews. Communicate complex ML concepts to diverse stakeholders and present innovative solutions. Integrate new technologies into the ML environment, maintaining cutting-edge frameworks.
Qualifications
Expert knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably AWS), containerization, and Kubernetes. Proven experience with software development, DevOps, and MLOps best practices in production. Strong skills in designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable ML models and services. Familiarity with MLflow, Airflow or Dagster for ML pipeline orchestration. Experienced in data engineering, Kafka, and stream processing. Proficient in Python and SQL; additional programming languages are a plus.
