Job summary
This role supports multinational military training exercises by providing expert representation and advisement on the air capabilities and strategy of a designated affected nation within NATO-led operational scenarios. The position involves scenario planning, operational guidance, and coordination during complex joint military exercises executed primarily from Stavanger, Norway, with possible remote work on occasion.

Responsibilities
Provide expert advice on the air strategy and operational use of the affected nation's air assets during NATO exercise scenarios. Coordinate military and civilian aeronautical matters and ensure a coherent air posture aligned with the joint campaign. Assist in scenario development, adapt exercise materials as needed, and deliver feedback to improve training outcomes. Act as primary liaison for aeronautical issues with training audiences, attend daily coordination meetings, and support all phases of exercise execution.
Qualifications
Minimum of three years experience at or above the rank equivalent to OF5 within a national Air Force or Naval Aviation in the last ten years. Proven experience briefing senior military or civilian leaders in an international aeronautical environment and leading operational planning at an Air Operations headquarters. Strong understanding of military and civil aeronautical interaction within the past five years. Bachelor's degree or staff college graduate. Fluent business English. Must have valid security clearance (national or NATO SECRET).
