Responsibilities
Develop and operate production backend systems that support care operations and user experiences. Collaborate with design, product, data, and operational teams to evolve services from conception through deployment and maintenance. Contribute to mentoring and fostering an inclusive engineering culture. Potential team focuses include systems for workforce management, digital customer engagement, and communication channels linking families and care professionals.
Qualifications
Proven experience in backend engineering with a history of designing and maintaining scalable production systems. Strong skills with relational databases and cloud platforms, preferably AWS. Familiarity with service-oriented architecture, API development, and distributed systems design. Proficiency in Python or strong backend programming experience with a commitment to learning Python. Excellent communication skills able to convey complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
