Responsibilities
Develop and maintain trusted relationships with executive clients, understanding their objectives and challenges to craft effective transformation strategies. Evaluate business processes, operating models, and digital workflows to identify opportunities for improvement. Design target operating models and comprehensive transformation roadmaps including success metrics and benefits realization. Facilitate executive workshops, lead stakeholder alignment, and guide complex decision-making processes. Advise on the application and integration of AECO technologies and data-driven solutions to optimize workflows and interoperability. Collaborate with Solution Architects and technical specialists to ensure strategic recommendations are actionable and aligned with delivery plans. Travel up to 50% within Northern Europe is expected.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in AECO, management consulting, or business transformation with a track record of leading complex strategic projects independently. Deep knowledge in construction, infrastructure, engineering consultancy, utilities, or related project-based, asset-intensive industries. Strong understanding of AECO software ecosystems or comparable technologies, especially regarding capabilities and business application—with no hands-on implementation required. Expertise in operating models, organizational change management, governance, business case development, and benefits realization. Practical awareness of data-centric workflows, automation, responsible AI, and technology adoption practices. Excellent communication skills with proven ability to influence cross-functional and international teams and deliver executive presentations. Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
