Responsibilities
Lead executive interviews, workshops, and organizational assessments to identify business challenges and transformation opportunities. Analyze operating models, workflows, and customer journeys to pinpoint inefficiencies and innovation potential. Develop strategic recommendations including business cases, governance frameworks, and implementation roadmaps. Advise on practical applications of AI, automation, and emerging technologies. Support organizational change via stakeholder alignment, training, and adoption strategies. Contribute as a subject-matter expert to client discussions and assist with transition from strategy to execution. Engage in business development as appropriate while focusing on client advisory work.
Qualifications
Significant experience in management consulting or business transformation with a focus on strategy, innovation, and technology-enabled change. Proven ability to advise senior stakeholders and conduct organizational assessments. Strong knowledge of AI, automation, digital platforms, and data-driven transformation. Skilled in developing business cases, governance models, and performance frameworks. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required; additional experience in customer experience strategy, service design, or technology commercialization is advantageous. Familiarity with CRM, ERP, marketing automation, and analytics platforms is a plus. Previous consulting or professional services experience preferred.
