Responsibilities
Design, plan, and support cementing operations; develop cement slurries and spacer fluids tailored to well conditions; perform simulations of downhole fluid hydraulics; lead laboratory testing; prepare comprehensive cementing programs and risk assessments; create detailed operational instructions; coordinate with offshore personnel on operations and logistics; collaborate with onshore teams to develop solutions; prepare cost estimates and control budgets; conduct post-job evaluations and reporting; participate in technology development projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably petroleum or chemistry); 7 to 10 years of well cementing experience including HPHT and offshore operations; knowledge of NORSOK D-010 and API RP 10B standards; proficient computer skills; fluent in English written and spoken; strong communication and teamwork abilities; ability to work accurately in fast-paced and technically complex environments.
