Responsibilities
Lead customer engagements by providing technical guidance and support for AI and cloud solutions, particularly involving Copilot Studio and AI Agents. Manage project delivery through a factory model approach, troubleshoot complex issues, and innovate scalable solutions aligned with business needs. Drive customer adoption, gather technical feedback, and influence product development. Facilitate technical program management, conduct business process analysis, and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Collaborate across virtual teams to promote and scale cloud solution usage.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field, with extensive experience in cloud technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, or software development is required. Experience in customer-facing roles and technical project management is essential. Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, security certifications) are expected. Advanced degrees or equivalent experience are advantageous. Continuous learning and technical leadership skills are important for this role.
