Responsibilities
Lead comprehensive reviews of SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs to verify technical accuracy, operational safety, and compliance with organizational and international standards. Cross-check procedures against installed infrastructure and manufacturer documentation, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and recommend improvements. Develop compliance and gap analysis reports, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and prepare executive summaries outlining findings and recommendations to enhance operational resilience and efficiency in live data center settings.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or facilities engineering or a related field. Over 10 years of experience in mission-critical data center operations or engineering, including extensive work reviewing and validating operational procedures without impacting service continuity. Strong understanding of critical facility operations, operational risk, change management, and familiarity with standards such as Uptime Institute, ASHRAE, NFPA, ISO, and IEC. Excellent technical writing and stakeholder communication skills.
