Responsibilities
Manage the entire troubleshooting and activation process for EV charging stations, diagnosing connectivity and hardware issues, and collaborating with field technicians and internal teams. Handle customer escalations via phone and email, provide direct support during peak times, and maintain proactive communication. Coordinate equipment dispatch for repairs and replacements while ensuring compliance with company procedures. Maintain detailed documentation of all technical support activities and participate in projects to improve deployment processes and product rollouts.
Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in technical support, deployment, or field service, preferably in EV charging or alternative energy. Vocational or technical education in automotive or electrical technology acceptable with relevant experience. Strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency in troubleshooting and software tools, experience with cellular connectivity and SIM provisioning, and familiarity with commercial EV charging hardware systems. Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-evolving technical environment.
