Responsibilities
Design and implement highly available, secure AWS cloud architectures at scale. Develop and maintain complex CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management. Analyze and optimize infrastructure performance and cost. Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex system issues. Conduct security audits and enforce secure infrastructure practices. Mentor team members and promote continuous learning. Stay current with emerging DevOps tools and AWS services to drive adoption and improvements.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps engineering with significant AWS expertise. Proven ability to design and implement large-scale AWS solutions using CloudFormation, Terraform, or similar IaC tools. Strong skills in Docker and Kubernetes (EKS), microservices architectures, and complex problem solving. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Desirable qualifications include experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet), AWS certifications, relevant degree or equivalent experience, scripting skills in Python or Bash, networking and cloud security knowledge, and familiarity with compliance standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.
