Seeking a Senior Director to provide expert analysis and thought leadership in digital asset platforms and emerging technologies. Responsibilities
Develop innovative and insightful content that addresses client challenges and accelerates business strategies in digital assets and related technologies. Analyze markets and predict trends to offer actionable advice. Present findings to clients and at industry events, supporting sales teams with market expertise. Lead and mentor junior analysts, collaborate with global teams, and contribute to process improvements. Maintain strong client engagement through regular virtual or face-to-face meetings. Represent research methodologies and strategic insights effectively across various platforms.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degrees preferred. Over 12 years of relevant industry experience with at least 3 years in payments, fintech, enterprise technology, or advisory roles involving large enterprises or government clients. Deep understanding of tokenization, blockchain, stablecoins, digital asset regulation, and enterprise integration architectures. Strong executive presence, research, analytical, writing, and presentation skills. Ability to synthesize complex data and communicate clearly to diverse audiences. Proven business acumen, subject matter expertise, and capability to work independently within global, multicultural teams. Willingness to travel up to 25%.
