Responsibilities
Lead technical support and coordination with commercial teams by providing expertise and technical drawings for fiber network routing and termination. Manage project schedules with external suppliers including construction, civils, and permitting, ensuring alignment with end-to-end timelines. Report project status and risks to cross-functional teams and leadership, proposing mitigation strategies. Conduct quality assurance inspections remotely or on-site, manage remediation activities with suppliers and third-party teams, review fiber characterization results to meet established fiber standards, and produce detailed as-built technical documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, program management, data analysis, or product development. Proven ability to manage complex, multi-country fiber delivery projects and lead cross-functional teams. Experience with emerging fiber technologies such as Hollow Core Fiber is desirable. Strong skills in AutoCAD, GIS, technical coaching, and developing operating procedures for fiber sourcing and delivery. Comfortable acting as a senior technical point of contact and skilled in risk management and issue resolution. Must meet required security screening criteria for the role.
