Seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead people management and organizational development across the Nordic region within an energy technology environment. Responsibilities
Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and capability building efforts across Nordic countries. Manage complex employee relations cases, including interactions with unions and works councils. Drive restructuring, scale initiatives, and post-acquisition integrations. Coach managers on performance management, leadership, and difficult conversations to elevate leadership quality. Oversee compensation cycles, talent reviews, and succession planning. Interpret and apply Nordic labor laws and collective agreements to practical business decisions. Contribute to shaping the overarching people strategy within the organization.
Qualifications
Minimum eight years in HR or people management roles, with at least four years experience partnering directly with leadership. Demonstrated responsibility for employee relations and managing organizational change initiatives. Strong understanding of Nordic labor laws and experience working across multiple Nordic countries, including union and collective bargaining experience. Fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language is required. Experience in technology or engineering sectors is a strong advantage.
