An experienced Senior HVAC Engineer is sought to manage and enhance the performance and reliability of HVAC systems in an offshore operator environment. The role involves technical oversight, maintenance strategy development, risk evaluation, and operational support, primarily based in Stavanger with occasional offshore travel.

Responsibilities
The engineer will be responsible for ensuring the technical integrity and performance of HVAC systems, developing and optimizing maintenance and inspection programs, conducting technical assessments and risk evaluations, supporting operations and modification activities, and driving improvements in reliability, safety, and efficiency while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a higher technical education and have proven HVAC experience in offshore, process, or industrial settings. A strong understanding of technical integrity, maintenance strategies, risk management, asset reliability, and experience with operations, maintenance, and modifications is required. Familiarity with SAP and maintenance systems, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and fluency in English are essential. Holding a valid work permit is mandatory.
