Seeking an experienced IBM Datacap professional to design, develop, and support an enterprise document-processing platform. Responsibilities
Design and maintain IBM Datacap applications including rulesets, workflows, and document hierarchies. Configure OCR, document classification, data extraction, and batch processing capabilities. Develop reusable components and custom actions in C#/.NET and other languages. Administer and troubleshoot Datacap environments from development to production. Collaborate throughout the product lifecycle including design, testing, deployment, and support. Implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs with enterprise content management systems. Contribute to DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and secure application environments.
Qualifications
Over 5 years of hands-on IBM Datacap experience (9.x/9.1.x), with strong skills in Datacap Studio development and Rulerunner administration. Proven ability to build and troubleshoot complex document capture workflows and integration solutions. Proficient in C#/.NET development for custom Datacap extensions, and comfortable with Java, JavaScript, SQL, and XML. Experience with enterprise platforms such as IBM FileNet P8 and IBM Content Navigator is preferred. Familiarity with Agile development, Windows Server, IIS, and secure federal IT environments, including compliance with NIST, FISMA, and DevSecOps standards. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams.
