Job summary
This role involves leading the design of intricate, data-driven workflows for enterprise software, focusing on interaction architecture, usability, and modernizing technical applications. The designer collaborates closely with product, engineering, and UX teams to deliver intuitive and scalable experiences across cloud and on-premises platforms, contributing to a design system and advancing design quality within a technical context.

Responsibilities
Design comprehensive workflows for complex enterprise applications, define task flows, interaction models, and information architecture. Create wireframes and prototypes ranging from low to high fidelity, including AI-assisted and data-intensive interactions. Conduct usability testing and lead user research to validate workflows and inform product improvements, establishing UX success metrics. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine requirements, present design justification to stakeholders, contribute to and evolve the design system, and mentor other designers to uplift interaction design standards.
Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of experience in interaction or product design, with a background in designing complex, enterprise, or technical software. Proficient in workflow conceptualization, prototyping (preferably using Figma), and usability testing. Experience working with or contributing to design systems. Capable of independent operation in ambiguous and evolving environments. Strong communication and leadership skills to support collaboration and mentorship.
