Job summary
This role is for an experienced interaction designer responsible for leading the design of complex, data-driven workflows within enterprise software products. The position involves creating intuitive user experiences by focusing on interaction architecture, usability, and enhancing technical applications using a design system. Collaboration with product, engineering, and UX leadership is central to delivering scalable solutions across cloud and on-premise platforms.

Responsibilities
Design end-to-end workflows for complex enterprise applications, defining task flows and information architecture. Create wireframes and prototypes ranging from low to high fidelity, including AI-assisted and data-intensive interactions. Plan and conduct usability tests, lead discovery interviews, and analyze workflows to translate research into product improvements. Define and track UX success metrics related to efficiency and user trust. Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to shape requirements, present design rationale, and contribute to the design system by documenting interaction behaviors and ensuring quality implementation. Mentor junior designers and promote high standards in interaction design.
Qualifications
At least 7 years of experience in interaction or product design, preferably with complex enterprise or technical software. Proficiency in workflow design and prototyping tools, especially Figma. Experience in usability testing and working within or contributing to design systems. Ability to operate independently in ambiguous and evolving environments. Strong collaboration and mentorship skills are essential.
