Responsibilities
Develop and execute a global IT application services roadmap aligned with business and IT strategies. Build and maintain strong partnerships with business units and IT functions to prioritize and coordinate projects. Lead the management and delivery of application-related initiatives, ensuring clear scope, timelines, and smooth handovers between project delivery and operational teams. Implement governance frameworks, policies, and KPIs for application services performance. Manage budgets and external vendor contracts within IT procurement guidelines. Lead and develop a high-performing international application services team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
Qualifications
Master's degree in computer science or related field. Extensive experience in IT service delivery, project and program management, and leading large-scale transformations in complex, international settings. Familiarity with CRM, finance, and accounting platforms, operational models, sourcing strategies, and GDPR compliance. Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and communication skills. Proven leadership abilities in mentoring and developing global teams, with a focus on collaboration and execution. Willingness to travel as needed.
