Responsibilities
Develop and maintain core components of a serverless distributed search platform, ensuring scale and performance. Improve concurrent and consistent data indexing across multiple nodes. Manage cluster coordination to retain high performance despite node changes. Address performance, concurrency, and stability issues through investigation and solutions. Support engineering teams with complex problem-solving and own operational investigations to resolution.
Qualifications
Extensive experience with distributed systems and consensus algorithms. Strong proficiency in core Java, including standard libraries for data structures and concurrency, with knowledge of modern language features. In-depth understanding of algorithms and ability to work on complex, multi-node distributed systems. Proven ability to design, implement, debug, and lead projects independently. Experience leveraging AI tools for development, debugging, and optimization. Excellent collaboration skills and ability to adapt across projects and teams in a distributed work environment.
