Responsibilities
Lead the creation and deployment of predictive and optimization models to improve client-caregiver matching, scheduling, and service reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams from problem definition through production deployment and iteration. Apply advanced AI techniques including agentic workflows to enhance decision-making and operational execution. Establish standards for evaluating, monitoring, and responsibly deploying AI-enabled systems. Manage and mentor the data science team, maintaining direct involvement in key projects.
Qualifications
7+ years experience in data science, machine learning, operations research, or applied AI, including at least 3 years in team leadership roles. Proven track record of building or managing production models impacting business or customer outcomes. Strong problem-solving skills to determine appropriate analytical approaches. Experience working with imperfect operational data while ensuring measurement rigor. Excellent communication skills for varied audiences and experience collaborating with product, engineering, operations, and senior stakeholders. Ability to lead and develop technical teams effectively. Familiarity with healthcare or complex operational systems is a plus.
