Responsibilities

Define and lead the EMEA portfolio strategy ensuring alignment with global priorities and business growth objectives. Manage day-to-day execution of segment strategies, including New Product Introductions and portfolio optimization. Collaborate with country sales and marketing teams to implement strategic marketing plans and go-to-market activities. Support commercial teams with product expertise, training, and enablement. Facilitate cross-functional coordination with Medical Education, Marketing Communications, Finance, and others to deliver a comprehensive segment strategy. Engage with key opinion leaders and develop medical education initiatives in partnership with relevant institutes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher. At least six years of experience in healthcare consulting or medical device industry marketing. Proven track record in managing marketing strategies and product launches within healthcare environments. Strong strategic thinking, project management, and stakeholder communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and manage complex, multinational projects. Willingness to travel up to 50% nationally and internationally.
