Responsibilities
Take full ownership of mechanical equipment packages, including preparing specifications and technical documentation. Select appropriate static and rotating equipment, evaluate supplier offers, support purchasing and follow up on orders. Coordinate with customers, suppliers, class societies, and engineering teams to review documents and oversee manufacturing progress. Participate in factory testing, installation, commissioning, and start-up activities.
Qualifications
Senior-level mechanical engineering experience with hands-on expertise in static or rotating equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, pumps, or compressors. Background in LNG, LPG, offshore, biogas, maritime or process industries, with knowledge of equipment specifications and supplier bid evaluations. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English. A relevant engineering degree or equivalent practical experience is required; additional experience with gas plant studies, vessel conversions, or factory acceptance testing is beneficial.
